An in depth subjective assessment involves hearing your full story. All past injuries, history, social and emotional factors are recorded here.

Here we assess your physical aptitude though range of motion, relevant orth0paedic & neuro tests, functional tests and also strength tests. goes here

Manual therapy treatment is utilized accordingly to your injury presentation. For example dry needling may be used if a dysfunction is found in a small muscle/ tendon.

3. Rehab
All patients are given a take home rehab exercise(s) that will be aimed at getting 80% of the symptoms down during daily living.

4. Education & Plan
We effectively explain the root cause of your issue and its connection to your injury & symptoms. We present a concrete plan to move forward with our sessions.

5. Investigate
If things aren’t quite what they seem we may need to investigate further using imaging before proceeding forward with treatment.
